The company KERING, a société anonyme corporation with a capital of € 505, 117,288, registered office address 40, rue de Sèvres, Paris 7ème, France, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Registry under number 552 075 020, (hereinafter “the Organizer”), is organizing a competition open to all, run on “The Kering Planet”, which will run from Monday 12 December 9:00 CET to Sunday 18 December 00:00 CET (hereinafter the “Competition”), as per the terms and conditions described in these rules.
This Competition is organized for the purpose of entertainment and participation, the aim being for each participant to design their own sustainable product on The Kering Planet website that raise awareness about the transition of the fashion industry to a more responsible one. Participation in the Competition implies unconditional acceptance of these rules in their entirety (hereinafter “the Rules”). Participation in the Competition is free, and no purchase is required. The Competition is open to all from the date the Competition starts until the date prizes are awarded. Any persons directly or indirectly involved in organizing, running, implementing, promoting, or facilitating the Competition may participate in it, but may not win prizes. Any participants who submit untrue or misleading information shall be disqualified. Participants shall desist from any kind of participation that does not comply with the Rules.
Participants must go to the official address of the Competition, accessible on www.thekeringplanet.com, between Monday 12 December 9:00 CET to Sunday 18 December 00:00 CET. To enter the Competition, participants must log on to the platform: www.thekeringplanet.com They must design their sustainable product on www.thekeringplanet.com. The participant who will have successfully design the most sustainable product will win the competition. The designers of the most sustainable products will be drawn as the winners. The Competition can only be entered via the Internet. For this reason, no registration submitted by telephone, fax, postal mail or email may be considered.
The participants who design their sustainable product shall be systematically identified by their usual name or Facebook name on the dedicated site. All winning participants shall be contacted via their Facebook address they have specified. They should then notify the Organizer of the address to which their prize should be sent. The Organizer reserves the right to publish the names of the winning participants on its social media accounts giving their prize received, and the name, of winners, for which the winners are not entitled to claim any consideration whatsoever.
The Organizer is entitled to disqualify participant(s) who violate the Rules fully or partially, or who do not respect other participants, and/or who do not abide by the ethics of the Competition. Should the Organizer take such a decision, the party concerned shall not be able to make any claim nor be entitled to any kind of compensation.
The prizes are guaranteed by Kering but may not be resold, exchanged or refunded. The value shown for the prize is the public price in France, including tax, as of the date these Rules are written. It is given for information purposes only and may be subject to change. The Organizer shall inform each winner of their success by email and Workplace, in which they shall be informed of the definitive conditions of prize award, including the timescale for its delivery. The prize may not be exchanged for its monetary value in cash. No document or photograph relating to prices is binding. It is understood that we reserve the option at any time to replace the prize offered with a different prize of the same value. The Organizer shall not be held responsible in the event of non-delivery of the notification email to winners due to an incorrect email address, or in the event of service provider failure, or in the event of Internet network failure, or for any other reason. Any prize that cannot be delivered due to error or incomplete information in participant contact details, modification of these details, or due to any other reason, shall be retained by the Organizer. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any delivery delays and/or lost items due to postal services or carriers, nor for the total or partial destruction of the prize by this type of carriage or malfunction of these services, or for any other reason.

The responsibility of the Organizer is strictly limited to releasing the prizes that have been effectively and validly won. You are expressly reminded that the Internet is not a secure network. The Organizer shall therefore accept no responsibility for infection by viruses or third-party intrusion in the terminal used by participants in the Competition, and accepts no responsibility for the consequences of participants connecting to the network via the site. More specifically, the Organizer shall not be held responsible for any harm caused to participants, their computer equipment and the data saved therein, nor for any repercussions on their personal or professional activity. The Organizer accepts no responsibility in the event of malfunction of the Internet network, telephone lines or receiver equipment that prevent the Competition from running properly. Likewise, the Organizer shall not be held responsible in the event that one or more participants should be unable to connect to the site or enter the Competition due to any technical problem or failure, including network congestion. The Organizer may cancel all or part of the Competition if any fraud of any nature whatsoever appears to have taken place, particularly as regards IT, in the context of participation in the Competition. In this hypothetical situation, it reserves the right not to award prizes to persons committing fraud and/or to take legal action against such persons in the appropriate courts. The Organizer shall do its utmost to ensure access to the Competition on the site at all times but shall not however be bound to achieve this aim. The Organizer may, at any time and particularly for technical, update or maintenance reasons, interrupt access to the site and the Competition hosted thereon. The Organizer shall under no circumstances be held responsible for these interruptions and their consequences. Lastly, the Organizer may not be held responsible for any incidents which may arise from using the prize awarded. If exceptional circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control make it necessary, the Organizer reserves the right to postpone, shorten, extend, amend, cancel or suspend the Competition, and may not be held responsible for this. Should this happen, we shall inform you as quickly as possible via the site. The Organizer accepts no responsibility in the event of canceled and/or disrupted connection for reasons outside its control (including malfunction in participant telecommunications or incorrect data entry).
The Organizer may need to amend these Rules, particularly in order to comply with any new legislation and/or regulations applicable. Any amendment shall be included in these Rules and shall be announced on the site. In the hypothetical case of one of the clauses in these Rules being declared null and void, under no circumstances shall that affect the validity of the Rules themselves.

Pursuant to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 all participants are informed that the personal data gathered are required for their participation in this Competition and are processed by computer. Participants are informed of their right to access, correct or delete their personal data. They may exercise these rights simply by expressing them in writing and sending to the following address: Kering - Direction du développement durable – 40, rue de Sèvres, 75007 Paris, France. Persons who exercise their right to request deletion of their personal data before the Competition ends are understood to have withdrawn their participation in it.
The Organizer shall not be held responsible in the event that, due to force majeure or an event outside its control, the Competition has to be changed, shortened or canceled.
These Rules are subject to French law. No reply shall be given to any requests made by telephone regarding Competition conditions, interpretation of the Rules, or the list of winners, once winners have been named. For disputes or claims of any nature whatsoever, requests shall be submitted to the Organizer, within two (2) months of the end of the Competition, at the following address: kering.planet@kering.com.
